How do Neck-Saver glasses work?

All glasses focus at a specific distance. Your regular glasses focus at your desktop distance but they are usually blurry for your computer distance because it is farther away. The prescription in the Neck-Saver Glasses is focused at the distance of your computer screen and your regular glasses will still allow you to read at your desktop distance. Neck-Saver Glasses simply attach to your glasses like clip-on sunglasses do.
